My name is Micah Holland and I am the Associate Pastor of Discipleship here at the church.  This title can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people but I would sum it up by saying that I get the joy of walking alongside of people on their faith journey.  You will find me doing a plethora of things at the church, from making hospital visits, leading small groups, preaching, to even helping out in the kitchen from time to time. 

I was born and raised in the great state of Minnesota.  After high school, I moved to Valparaiso, Indiana to obtain my bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Theology.  After graduating college, I spent one year working with youth and then I came to Ohio to obtain my Master of Divinity from The Methodist Theological School in Ohio.  I graduated in December of 2007, and now I am up here in Middlefield.

I am a huge fan of baseball, though not of the Indians (sorry :( ), and I also enjoy reading, fishing, golfing, working out and trying not to burn things on the stove.

I find it an honor to be a part of so many unique ministries and my hope is that our church will be a place where you can discover and live into a faith life alive in Jesus.  I can tell that God has moved mightily within this community before my time, and I am excited to journey with you to see where God will take us in the future.
